Responsibilities of the producer are to network, prospect, develop opportunities and build relationships with clients. 

• The successful candidate will have a proven record of success in sales and customer service.   

• Industry experience is a plus but will train the individual who has the drive & experience to succeed. 

• Must possess exceptional organization, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, high morals and ethics, and ability to meet and exceed sales goals while representing the agency in a positive manner. 

• Ability to meet training and licensing requirements;

• PC proficiency required.
